I am Nurse Gian, an active member of SAGO International Club e.V., and a proud advocate for my fellow healthcare workers.
Beyond the hospital halls, I am also a member of Dancers of the 90’s, where my passion for singing, hosting, songwriting, choreography, and volunteer work opened the door for me to become part of TTPM ACT.
My journey with SAGO e.V. began with my love for reaching out to people in need and my desire to collaborate with others who share the same goals and values. Through this organization, I met wonderful individuals from other groups who have since become close to my heart.
One of my earliest volunteer experiences was during SAGO’s summer get-together, where I had the joy of leading Zumba sessions. We sang, danced, and laughed together, and seeing the happiness on everyone’s faces was an unforgettable moment. That experience fueled my passion to do more and give back in every way I can.
This passion grew even stronger during one of my most memorable events, the Helping Hands 20th Anniversary.
I was assigned to choreograph the opening production number for the Dancing Mamas. From selecting the music and creating the choreography to suggesting costumes, I poured my heart into every detail. Traveling from southern Germany for rehearsals and spending sleepless nights to ensure everything went perfectly was not easy, but my dedication and love for what I do kept me going.
I was also one of the hosts for the event, which made the experience even more meaningful. In the end, all our hard work paid off. Seeing the smiles, the applause, and the shared joy reminded me why I do what I do.
In Case You Missed It: Catch a glimpse of the Helping Hands 20th Anniversary — a night of unity, love, and culture.
I truly believe that no matter how challenging a task may seem, when you work with dedication and a pure heart, nothing is impossible. Helping others, even in small ways, and uniting people toward a shared purpose are acts of kindness that perfectly embody the TTPM ACT spirit.
For me, being a nurse is not just a profession. It is a lifelong commitment to serve others. It is about sharing my skills, my creativity, and my passion to inspire others to follow their dreams and make a difference in their own ways.
That is why I am here — your Nurse Gian, at your service! 💙
