SAGO Club’s Pinoy Bonding in Berlin
On May 12, 2024, the vibrant Pinoy community in Berlin came together for a memorable evening at the highly anticipated event, Pinoy Bonding. Organized by The Sing Along Group Online Club (SAGO) in collaboration with the renowned Pinoy Restaurant in Berlin, this event was powered by Streamlining Entertainment Multimedia Productions and supported by TTPM ACT – Our Online Advocacy Channel as its media partner. The celebration was hosted by BFT-Besfrentofi and Heyz Dela Cruz, ensuring an entertaining and engaging experience for all attendees.
The event brought together Filipinos and Germans from diverse locales including Frankfurt, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Switzerland, Bremen, and Berlin. It was a night filled with laughter, heartwarming conversations, sing-alongs, and, most importantly, a sense of community and Pinoy bonding 4K – Kwentuhan, Kainan, Kantahan, Kasiyahan.
The atmosphere was electric with joy as attendees relished the opportunity to meet fellow Kababayans and forge new connections. One of the highlights of the evening was the culinary experience provided by the Pinoy Restaurant. Owner and Chef Rosalinda Jecht, along with Sous Chef Rosario Pavis, worked tirelessly to prepare an array of delectable Filipino dishes. Despite the bustling orders for à la carte meals, the duo managed to impress everyone with a sumptuous Pinoy buffet that offered an all-you-can-eat experience at an incredibly affordable and “sulit” price.
Even with the busy kitchen and restaurant operations, Manager Rosaline Jecht took the time to give guests a tour of the restaurant, showcasing the warm and welcoming ambiance that makes it a favorite among the local community. Her dedication to providing excellent service was evident as she juggled between attending to the guests and managing the restaurant’s operations seamlessly.
Pinoy Bonding was more than just an event; it was a celebration of Filipino culture, camaraderie, and the spirit of togetherness. The success of the night was a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved, from the organizers and hosts to the chefs and staff of the Pinoy Restaurant.
